Solar Springs Health Retreat is truly a designer holiday as you decide whether your focus will be on activity, relaxation, pampering, lifestyle issues or a little of each.
Activities range from bushwalking, cycling and tennis to yoga, relaxation classes or meditation. Our 25 metre indoor heated swimming pool opens onto a secluded deck, and action in the pool includes lap swimming, pool volleyball and aquarobics. The spa provides a safe haven for the less adventurous, with spectacular views over the Morton National Park.
Solar Springs believes everyone deserves to be pampered and has an extensive range of Bodycare therapies. Choose from a relaxing Swedish massage, decadent pedicure or therapeutic Bodywrap just to name a few. Health issues can be addressed with the assistance of the Dietician, Naturopath and our Health and Fitness consultants.
For those who simply wish to relax the Retreat offers comfortable lounges, peaceful quiet areas and beautiful gardens.
The tariff is inclusive of all the excellent healthy meals and there is an $11 per night surcharge that covers the 8 -10 activities each day.

To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of 50%is required. The booking will automatically be cancelled if a deposit has not been received. Deposits can be transferred to another date if 14 days notice is given prior to arrival date. The balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.
