Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions Your place on a FoodPath tour or in a FoodPath activity is confirmed when full payment is received.
If for some reason you are unable to attend a tour or activity after making payment you have the following options as long as FoodPath is informed 7 days or more prior to the tour or activity occurring:
To send someone in your place
To transfer to another tour or activity or
To receive a refund of 50% of the booking fee.
Bookings are non-refundable when cancellations are made less than 7 days before the tour commences.
If minimum numbers are not achieved or unforeseen circumstances arise FoodPath reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour or activity up to 24 hours prior to the event. Where possible more notice will be given. If cancelled you will receive a full refund. If postponed your full booking fee will be refunded on request or you may transfer to another tour.
Locations identified on the itinerary may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. This is the nature of a rural environment and FoodPath cannot be held responsible for changes that are outside our control. Alternate options will be identified as required and you will be notified as early as possible.
Visiting farms and rural areas can be risky. Ground can be uneven sloping or slippery. Closed shoes with non-slip soles are strongly advised. We reserve the right to refuse access to parts of the tour if appropriate clothes are not worn. Air can be moist or carry airborne irritants such as dust and pollens. If you have a medical condition that could impact on your health and safety when visiting farms you are advised to consult with your treating doctor prior to booking and satisfy yourself that it is appropriate for you to come.
Sun safety is a consideration. Sunscreen long sleeved shirts and brimmed hats are strongly recommended. Weather is changeable in the Southern Highlands. FoodPath encourages participants to bring a jacket to ensure your comfort in case the weather changes.
Please note that while FoodPath will make every effort to reduce the risk of injury during a tour it cannot be held responsible for any personal injury sustained that is not the result of negligence.
