WHAT TO BRING
Deck chair or picnic rug for the general admission area, jacket, poncho for inclement weather, sun hat and sunscreen, comfy shoues (there could be uneven surfaces) and good vibes. Cash sales only at catering outlets. (Chairs are provided in the reserved seated and Concert & Dining sections.)
PERMITTED
Sealed bottled water (only), food, esky, non professional cameras and best singing voice.
NOT PERMITTED
Strickly no BYO alcohol or soft drink. This is a licensed event. No umbrellas, tables, professional cameras, video or recording equipment, glass, metal cutlery, tents or sunshelters.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. All patrons must adhere to local licensing laws and RSA practices.
FOOD
Patrons may bring in their own food. There will also be a selection of food available for sale.
PARKING
Car Park opens two hours prior to event "gates Open". Gold Coin donation to the volunteer parking officers is appreciated. There is separate parking for Concert & Dining patrons. Please note the carpark is 5 min walk from the venue gates.
CHILDREN
Children under 12 years of age are admitted free of charge in the general admission area and must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian at all times.
